Delivery Charges
We believe in offering the best possible value along with clear and simple pricing, so we provide free Royal Mail 1st class delivery on every UK order regardless of quantity or weight. Unfortunately we no longer post outside the UK.
Shipping Times
We don't like to keep you waiting for your items so all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched in this time frame we will notify you by phone or email. 1st Class is a 1-3 working day service. Most orders arrive within 3 working days but please allow up to 14 days to cater for any delays out of our control.
Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods including Paypal ( merchant account ), Google checkout, online credit and debit card payments via Google or Paypal, cheques, postal orders, bank transfers (BACS) and cash, If you send cash please send recorded delivery as we are not responsible for payments in transit. If you are paying via Paypal or Google you need to have an account with them, it is quick and simple to open and all transactions to purchase are free.
