| Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions Payments - We accept payments by Credit card, Debit card, Paypal, Google Checkout, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order.Delivery - All orders in stock purchased before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post depending on your chosen method. Royal Mail 1st Class is a 1-3 working day service (Monday-Friday) 2nd Class is a 3-5 working day service (Monday-Friday) We find that most orders arrive faster than outlined but it is out of our hands as to when Royal Mail will actually deliver your order and as such we cannot be held responsible for the date it is delivered. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive to account for any delays out of our control. Returns Policy - If you change your mind or have purchased an incorrect item we can provide a refund or exchange if you notify us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange and an RMA number must be requested from us prior to returning any items. If your items have arrived damaged or any items are missing please inform us immediately by telephone. All items to are to be returned at the buyers expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us upon which we will refund any return postage costs incurred. Your statuatory rights are not effected.
Warranty - Warranties vary depending on the product. Battery chargers and torches have a 12 month gurantee and should your item develop a fault within 28 days of receipt then we will provide either a full refund or exchange. If a fault occurs later than 28 days from receipt but within 12 months then we will provide either a replacement, repair or refund at our discretion. Batteries are not guaranteed. Privacy Policy - We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
